I want to know who (or what) we are dealing with so I can properly prepare.
Since I am not a ‘wonder drug’ for every business, I need to know first if I can help you or if I can refer you to my colleagues who can help you better.
Step 2: We’ll Get In Touch With You
Now it’s my turn.
I will review your answers and determine how I can best help you.
Then I (or someone from my team) will get in touch with you and discuss what we’ve prepared for you.
If we get to agree and move forward with helping you, I will then prepare what we need.
